With just about six months until I board my plane to Reykjavik, I’m beginning to dig deep into my research on where I want to go and how I’ll get there. Originally, I had thought about just doing bus rides around the country and staying at various hostels or couchsurfing, but I’m now considering the idea of camping. It’s bound to get lonely, of course, but after watching this video, the idea of being lonely sounds rather appealing. And I think six months is the perfect amount of time to prep for such an adventure. We’ll see.
